		The Landings at Podtburg Village, PUD is a covenant controlled community. We are a non-profit corporation; the fiscal year begins January 1 and ends December 31 of the current year. Please Note: The following documents are a work in progress that will be complete upon final covenant approval. Contact the HOA for further questions, comments or concerns. The following documents can be found on this website: *Operating Budget for the current year *List of any Regular or Special Assessments - Currently none exist. *Annual Financial Statements including any monies held in reserves *Bylaws, articles, rules and regulations *Board and member meeting minutes *Responsible governance policies and procedures Collecting Assessments * Conducting Meetings * Inspection of Records * Enforcement of Covenants and Rules including schedule of fines * Adopting and Amending policies, procedures and rules * Dispute resolution between Association and owners * *A list including names, policy limits, policy deductibles, additional names insured and expiration dates of all insurance policies.
